Online, I handle appraisals by photographs with measurements by email. Email appraisals are 20.00 per item.

I perform in person appraisals, doing verbal or written by appointment.

There are no hidden fees or subscription memberships. I work with my clients and all their needs. I live in Northern California - Shasta County. Outside the county, you would cover travel expenses.

I handle Estate Sales setting up-cleaning, organizing, and pricing of all items. I would then advertise and handle the sale. Estate Sales are handled by contract and fee before any work begins.
